ACT authorizing the Westchester County Commissioner of Finance to pay Mortgage Tax Receipts to Cities, Towns and Villages for period  April 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013  in an amount totaling NINETEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED - FIVE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY ONE CENTS ($19,282,405.71).
