An ACT authorizing Westchester County to finance the acquisition and/or rehab by non-profit entities, of vacant, foreclosed, abandoned or in rem residential properties located in eligible municipalities and providing for their subsequent sale or rental to create affordable units which affirmatively further fair housing as set forth in 42 U.S.C. Section 5304(B)(2) and as required pursuant to the settlement agreement.
An ACT authorizing the Westchester County Commissioner of Finance to pay Mortgage Tax Receipts to Cities, Town and Villages. The Mortgage Taxes received by the County Clerk for the period April 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011 totaled THIRTEEN MILLION THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY-FIVE CENTS ($13,034,232.35).

A "LOCAL LAW authorizing Westchester County to amend an inter-municipal agreement with the City of Mount Vernon whereby the County will lease property from the City will contribute funds toward the construction of improvements thereon, to be operated and maintained by the City and accessible to all County residents."

A Bond Act authorizing an increase in the appropriation for Capital Project BLA01-4th Street Park, Mount Vernon by ONE MILLION ($1,000,000) DOLLARS.
