Reverend Lacey was asked to discuss his past and current work with advocacy and creation of affordable housing, which included his work with Mount Vernon Grace Church and with a three family household Unit. He expressed sincere interest and commitment to proceeding with Affordable Housing.

A motion was made by Legislator Testa and seconded by Legislator Williams, to adopt the resolution by a vote of 3-0.
