An Act directing that the policies, programs and services adopted by the County Board of Legislators in connection with the approval of a finally adopted County Budget shall be enforced consistent with the appropriations therein.

This clarifies the Board's role. What is in the final adopted budget is the will of the Board. This legislation is to erase any ambiguity. Legislator Marcotte feels there was not enough time to study this legislation. On the motion of Legislator Harckham, seconded by Legislator Maisano, the motion was carried by a vote of 6-0 (Alvarado, A. Williams, Myers, Harckham, Ryan, and Marcotte signed without prejudice).
